As can be seen in the photos, this space can be accessed not only from the main hall, but also directly through the second entrance of the house, located at the rear, a practical detail that increases the flexibility of using the ground floor.

The kitchen benefits from a complete predisposition for furnishing, being discreetly integrated into the whole, without visually cluttering the space. The chosen materials, the carefully crafted finishes, and the palette of neutral and balanced colors contribute to a modern and elegant atmosphere, easy to personalize over time, without losing its relevance.

The result is a coherent, well-proportioned space, designed for comfort, durability, and an aesthetic without excesses, but with personality, suitable for both everyday life and special moments.
