The materials used at the time of construction provided a reliable structural base, which allowed for the subsequent maintenance and improvement of the dwelling without major interventions. This well-executed construction constituted a solid starting point for the subsequent complete renovation and for the current configuration of the property.
Renovated
Year 2022
n 2022, the property benefited from a complete renovation, carried out to improve comfort and functionality, while preserving the value of the existing construction. The interventions aimed to modernize the dwelling and align it with contemporary standards, through durable technical solutions. The roof, electrical and plumbing installations were redone, and the property was connected to the public water network. The floors and interior finishes were completely replaced, using modern and durable materials. The building was completely insulated on the outside, by creating an exterior thermal insulation system, with 10 cm of insulating material, applied according to modern energy efficiency techniques, contributing to the reduction of heat loss and the increase of interior comfort. The heating system is completely new, with a central heating system and aluminum radiators, which is energy efficient. For extra natural light, Velux windows have been installed, and the windows are equipped with external aluminum blinds.
